4.3 Withdrawal Requests. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude pak363's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10.1 Termination by the Player. You may close your pak363 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

10.2 Termination by pak363. pak363 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold associated funds pending investigation, where pak363 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has:

• Engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct
• Provided false or misleading registration information
• Engaged in bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors
• Created multiple accounts in contravention of the one-account policy

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to access and use pak363 ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions — shall continue in full force and effect.

pak363 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
